10 Sq. Meters Minimum
For Retail OR Wholesale (Individual). The premises must have a minimum carpet area of 10 square meters.
15 Sq. Meters Minimum
For Retail AND Wholesale (Combined). If applying for both under the same roof, area must be not less than 15 sq meters.
Ceiling Height
The clear height of the premises must strictly comply with the National Building Code of India.
Zoning Compliance

Documents Required for Drug License

1 For Fresh Retail / Wholesale Application
- System Generated Forms: App Form No. 19/19A/19B/19C as applicable.
- Entity Proof: Partnership Deed (Notarized), MOA/AOA, or Trust Deed.
